121 Coaching

Neuro - Our mind and how we think, nervous systems, patterns, mental pathways and our 5 senses.

Linguistic - Language we use, how we use it and how it affects us, how our words mirror our mental worlds, our silent language of postures, gestures and habits.

Programming - How we take particular steps/actions in order to achieve our goals, our thoughts, feelings, and actions, our habitual programmes which we can change. It is how you run your mind not your mind running you!

I really enjoy my work on both a 121 coaching programme basis and coaching and training in the corporate arena too. I am very often asked about NLP and love all the interest it generates.

In my Coaching and Training Practice I use NLP exercises and tools in order to help individuals and teams/groups unlock their full potential and open up to new ways of thinking and getting from Point A to Point B. Limiting Beliefs stop us from achieving and moving forward and NLP helps to remove those blockages and fires up new neuro pathways of helpful and empowering beliefs which ultimately lead to a better life! It is all about being at your best more often.

NLP is an approach to communication, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California in the 1970s.

NLP began by studying and modelling the best communicators and successful people and how they achieved what they achieved.

Richard Bandler describes NLP as "An attitude of curiosity that leaves behind a trail of techniques"

NLP studies brilliance and quality - how outstanding individuals and organizations get outstanding results.

In coaching it is helping you to help yourself.

I often get asked about how NLP Coaching has helped my clients and here are a few examples for you:
• 3 clients lost a combined total of 25 stone in weight in 1 year.
• A career coaching client earns considerably more than she ever thought she would.
• Sensitive relationship issues have been explored & mended with many of my clients.
• Fears of flying, spiders, public speaking and death have all been alleviated.

NLP has also helped my clients in gaining confidence, becoming more motivated and removing stress and anxiety as well as being successful in interviews.
